The Biscuit was established in 2004 by Greta and Andrew Platt. Our goal has been, from our inception, to provide high quality, freshly-prepared pastry, savory fare and coffee. All of our products are prepared in-house, with locally-sourced ingredients. Our breads are baked in a classic French steam oven, and our scones, muffins and croissants are made by hand, overnight, by a team of dedicated craftsmen and women (you can stop by and see them hard at work through our over-sized bakery windows!). Throughout the day, you can enjoy sweet and savory fare, including a wide-ranging array of soups, salads and sandwiches, all prepared in-house.
